Whether you have a detailed specification, are coming to us with an outline challenge or something in between, our team will work with you to develop the best solution. The team uses the latest technologies and trusted design systems such as CATIA, Siemens NX and QForm 3D for rapid development. We can produce detailed, on-screen models and simulations, 3D-printed concepts and prototypes.
We forge and machine a diverse range of materials. Titanium, steel and aluminium are most commonly used but we also work with other specialist materials such as magnesium, bronze and nickel-based alloys.

How it works
Our team of expert design engineers work with our customers to produce detailed forging designs, optimum production processes and tooling (such as dies) using the latest technology and decades of experience. We use on-screen simulations, 3D models made using additive-layer printers and prototypes so customers know what will be delivered and can ensure it is right before signing off the designs.
